Star Trek Fandom Gets A New Webseries.

Omg! I Love DoorQ. I get to blog and stuff. W00t! I typed w.o.o.t. I must be happy. That’s the first woot of my blogging life. Anyway, If you don’t know. My name is J.T. Tepnapa and I’m one of the first gay starfleet characters out there in cyberspace. For over seven years Rob Caves has produced quality programming for the Star Trek community. While many filmmakers spend years saving up their cash to make one short film, Rob has produced over 50 episodes on a shoestring budget.

In 2001, he continued pushing boundaries by creating Starfleet’s first gay characters. His inclusion of gay characters garnered the attention of the Today Show, Frontiers, Fab Magazine, The New York Times, LA Times, Afterelton.com, BBC news, and more. In Early 2007, Rob created the new webseries, Star Trek: Odyssey bringing back one of his most popular (and gay) characters, Ro Nevin. By years end, he will have created Odyssey’s sister series, Helena Chronicles. There’s no slowing down for Rob, just around the corner is another yet to be announced third Star Trek Series. For the first time, we’d like to invite you behind the scenes to see how the magic happens. From Actors to Crew, we’ll give you an on set look on the creation of a webseries.
